Return Process
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Return Period: You have 7-8 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, including undergarments, swimwear, and customized products, are not eligible for returns due to hygiene or personalization. Please review the product page for details on any non-returnable items.
2. Return Process
- Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@urbanethica.in with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fees.
3. Refund Policy
- Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-8 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the credit.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items returned with signs of wear or missing parts).
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@urbanethica.in. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
